ERASMUS
Our Art and Design school La Gaspar was founded back in 1993, it’s a center full of diversity, actively integrated in the cultural and industrial world of our region Igualada.
La Gaspar is a public body embedded in the administration of the city town hall of Igualada.
Igualada is the city capital of the Anoia, with (aprox 40.000 citizens), in the province of Barcelona, approximately 45min distance from the city of Barcelona. In fact, our city is full of leather history, indeed we have a special degree in Leather Craftmanship, our center is the only one in Catalonia offering this degree.
In La Gaspar we believe that each individual is special, we focus on the design but also having a global vision. We are relatively small school; we manage to offer a close and personal treatment to our students. Our main aim is that our students once they have finished with their studies, they are fully developed as individuals ready to face new challenges.
We offer a variety of courses:
- Advertising graphics
- Audiovisual graphics (double degree with advertising graphics)
- Graphic design
- Leather Craftmanship
We will now promote our studies with an international projection supported by the Erasmus Plus program.

Erasmus Charter for Higher Education
Our School obtained the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education for the period 2021 – 2027. This Certificate allows us to participate in the Erasmus + program, while doing companies practicums, mobility exchanges, international projects and more.
